Shipping policy
Prints
Every print is made to order in my studio in Austin, Texas — it doesn’t sit on a shelf, it goes to press when you order it. I print, sign and pack within 5 business days before it ships.
Domestic shipping is included in the listed price, no surprises at checkout:
- Smaller, flat prints ship protected in a rigid mailer.
- Larger and panoramic prints ship rolled in a tube.
International orders ship at actual cost, calculated at checkout. Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes your country charges are your responsibility — I don’t have visibility into what those will be, so I can’t estimate them for you.
You’ll get a tracking number by email once your print ships. I don’t require a signature on delivery unless you ask me to add one.
If your address is wrong, let me know before your order ships — I can’t change it once it’s out the door, since a print in transit can’t be recalled. Once tracking shows it’s moving, get in touch if it seems lost and we’ll work it out together.
One packaging note: rolled prints ship in rigid tubes, which don’t fit in a PO box. If you only have a PO box, please give me a street address instead, or the tube may not be deliverable.
Handmade goods
Candles and other handmade items ship separately from prints, and shipping is charged at checkout based on weight and destination — it isn’t bundled into the print’s included shipping.
A heat note for Texas summers: candles can soften slightly in transit during hot months. If yours arrives a little soft, let it rest somewhere cool for a few hours before lighting it — it’ll firm back up.
Services
Real estate and drone photography sessions deliver digitally — there’s nothing to ship. You’ll receive your images, and any video, by download link once they’re ready; see your services agreement for turnaround.
